Return & Exchange Policy
If you are unhappy with a product purchased on www.conceptstoreriga.com, you may return FULL PRICED items for a refund postmarked within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt.
SALE and PRIVATE SALE ITEMS cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Additional non-returnable items:
Perfumes, Swimwear, Lingerie
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions need to be met:
- The products have not been used, worn or washed and are in the same conditions in which they were received;
- The seal tags and labels are still attached to the products;
- The products are returned in their original packaging;
- The products are not damaged.
CONCEPT STORE RIGA (the "CSR") does not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, item, etc. please place a new order for the item and return your current FULL PRICED item for a refund.
To Prepare your Return Shipment, please first contact our Customer Support at email@example.com to notify us of your intended return. Please then complete the return form received with your order and ship both the form and the item to:

The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning any item/s using a trackable shipping method. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for items not received by us due to shipping issues.
Returns can also be made directly at CONCEPT STORE RIGA boutique. Simply bring your items within 14 days of receipt to the boutique with your order confirmation email and an invoice, and our team will take care of the next steps.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and on the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
